When you create a store or company page, we collect the information you provide directly: your email, store or company name, products, descriptions, images, and any settings you configure (currency, shipping, contact methods).

Marqido never asks for or stores your payment details or your customers' payment details. Payments happen directly between you and your customers, outside of Marqido's systems.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used to operate your store or company page, display it to your customers, and manage your account and subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your customers' information

When a customer places an order on your store, the order details (name, phone number, address) are stored so you can fulfill the order and so the customer can view their order history. This information belongs to you and your customer relationship, and is not used by Marqido for any other purpose.

5. Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure. Access to your account is protected by your password, and you're responsible for keeping it confidential.

6. Your control over your data

You can update or remove your store, company page, or product information at any time from your dashboard. If you'd like your account and data fully removed, you can contact us.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves. Continued use of Marqido after changes means you accept the updated policy.
