Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. What Marqido is

Marqido lets merchants and businesses create their own online storefront or company page, and manage it independently — products, orders, shipping, and branding are all set by the account owner.

2. Your account and store

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your store or company page, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use Marqido to sell illegal goods or services, or to misrepresent your business.

3. Payments

Marqido is never an intermediary for funds. Payments between you and your customers (cash on delivery, WhatsApp-confirmed orders, or any other method you enable) happen directly between you and them. Marqido does not process, hold, or have access to these funds.

4. Subscription

Access to your store or company page requires an active subscription. Your store remains active for as long as your subscription is valid. Marqido reserves the right to make a store inactive if the subscription lapses.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload — product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding. By using Marqido, you confirm you have the right to use and display this content.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Marqido available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or improve the platform over time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Marqido after changes means you accept the updated terms.
